This policy explains what information The Handyman Van collects when you use this website or book a job, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
The Handyman Van is a service of Keystone Built LLC, a Georgia company. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Keystone Built LLC, doing business as The Handyman Van.

What we collect
When you send a booking request, we collect:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to give it
- Your service address
- The jobs you select, your preferred day and arrival window, and any notes you add
- Photos or details you send us by text or email about the job
Deposit and other card payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
How your information is stored
Booking requests are saved in Google Sheets in our Google Workspace account, and we receive an email notice of each new request. Only the people who run the business can access these records.
Address suggestions
When you type in the Street address box, the text you type is sent to Google Places, and to OpenStreetMap's Photon service if Google is unavailable, so they can suggest matching addresses. These services handle that text under their own privacy policies. You can skip the suggestions and type your address yourself.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers. The services above may set their own technical cookies or log basic request information, such as your IP address, when your browser contacts them.
How we use your information
- To schedule your job and confirm your arrival window
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your booking
- To send estimates, invoices and receipts. We use Xero accounting software for invoicing and bookkeeping.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records
Phone calls and texts
By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your booking, such as to confirm times, ask for photos, or send updates. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell us at any time to stop texting you.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Google (storage, email and address suggestions), Stripe (payments) and Xero (invoicing and accounting), and only as needed for those services. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and job records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax, accounting and legal duties. After that, we delete them or keep them only in a form that doesn't identify you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you through our contact form. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, when the law requires it.
Children
This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
